The Business Support membership is my retainer for small businesses that are tired of going it alone, or of being one ticket among thousands at a big provider. It is built to be simple and honest: a flat monthly price, a two-hour monthly allowance, and a priority I actually keep.

What it includes

  • A flat $200 per month. No per-seat or per-device charges — a retainer, not a meter.
  • Up to two hours of included work each month, split between scheduled on-site rounds and remote sessions.
  • A priority queue over hourly, non-contract work, with a 24-hour response window.
  • Extra hours billed at a reduced $85 per hour.
  • Automation, integration, and admin-streamlining guidance as part of the relationship.

The model fits small businesses up to roughly 25-50 employees. If your stack is larger or the ask is really a project, we quote it as a project instead.

How scheduling works

The heart of the model is the weekly on-site round, not the fire drill. Members get a recurring weekly slot, and I route-plan so nearby clients are batched into the same trip. That keeps travel fair for everyone and keeps everyone's rate from quietly paying for my windshield time.

  • Remote, urgency-does-not-care issues are usually handled same-day when possible, sometimes outside business hours.
  • An in-person need between rounds is fit in as soon as possible, usually within about two business days.
  • If you do not need your weekly hour, it converts to a remote credit for that week rather than being banked forever.
  • An emergency that forces me to break a planned round is a premium run — the rate is agreed before I drive out.

Travel, honestly

Within 15 miles there is no travel charge: the clock starts when I arrive. Beyond 15 miles, travel is billed at $45 per hour each way, shown as its own line on the invoice. Remote sessions are 10% off, because there is no travel and the discount is honest.

Starting

New businesses begin with a free 15-20 minute call. If it makes sense to go deeper, the on-site assessment is a flat $150 — a no-commitment audit of your hardware, software, and workflows. It is credited 100% toward your first month of membership, or toward any approved project over $500, so the audit never costs a business that moves forward.
