Rates & packages
Upfront, honest pricing. Every engagement is scoped case-by-case, and you always know what something will cost — in writing — before work begins.
On-site minimum is one hour; beyond that, billed in 15-minute increments.
- Mac or PC, home networks, printers, email, and everyday rescues
- Seniors and regulars: 10% off (about $67.50/hr)
- $99 intro for new clients — your first 2 hours
- Refer a friend: 10% off the next visit for both of you (intro offer not stackable)
A real partner instead of a ticket queue — for businesses that want someone who knows their stack.
- Priority queue over hourly work — 24-hour response window
- Up to 2 hours included monthly: weekly on-site rounds or remote sessions
- Extra hours at a reduced $85/hr
- No per-seat or per-device charges — a flat retainer, not a meter
- Automation, integrations & admin streamlining guidance included
Once-off technical support without a contract — work is scoped and quoted first.
- Good for smaller asks, audits, and one-off rescues
- 1-hour minimum; 15-minute increments after
- Non-priority — fit in around retainer clients
- Travel and remote terms below apply
New businesses: the on-site assessment
Not sure what you'd even be signing up for? Start with a free 15–20 minute call. If it makes sense to go deeper, the on-site assessment is a flat $150 — a no-commitment audit of your hardware, software, and workflows. It is credited 100% toward your first month of membership or any approved project over $500, so the audit never costs a business that moves forward.
How scheduling works
The heart of the membership is the weekly on-site round — not a fire drill.
- Members get a recurring weekly slot, route-planned so nearby clients are batched into the same trip
- Nothing urgent and remote can usually be handled same-day, outside business hours when possible
- An in-person need between rounds is fit in ASAP, usually within about two business days
- Don't need your weekly hour? It can convert to a remote credit for that week rather than being banked
Travel, remote & emergencies
Honest about travel, so nobody gets a surprise line item.
- Within 15 miles: no travel charge — the clock starts when I arrive
- Beyond 15 miles: travel billed at $45/hr each way, shown as its own line
- Remote sessions: 10% off — no travel, so the discount is honest
- An emergency that breaks a planned round is a premium run — and the rate is agreed before I drive out
Projects & bespoke work
Websites, migrations, integrations, and automation are quoted as a fixed price — never an open-ended hourly meter. 50% deposit, milestone-based on larger jobs, and documentation always included.
Good faith & honesty
If a consult ends with "do it yourself, here is how," that is a perfectly good outcome for me. My job is to get you un-stuck — sometimes that means teaching rather than doing.
Rates are the starting point and are agreed in writing before any work. Retainer tiers are negotiated from your actual needs — the $200 shape shown here is the simple starting form. Support retainers fit businesses up to roughly 25–50 employees; we deliberately do not charge per head or per device. If a job is better done as a project than billed by the hour, we'll say so and quote it.
